Well I like it! A few suggestions:
The purpose is kind of hard to read because it's in that big long column. Maybe you could make the font smaller so it's not as long? Also, a couple of the Formal picture links didn't work, so you might want to check that out.
You might consider adding a list of chapter member's names and positions (with everyone's permission of course). A calender of events might also be good, so PNM's and parents can see how busy you girls are, the only thing is it should be updated pretty often.
Of course these things are not VITAL to a website, I just think it's nice...but it's only my humble opinion. Also, if considering this kinda stuff, you really should think about how much attention you can give to updating it. If it's purpose is purely informative and you don't think you will have time to update it often, then I would suggest leaving it the way it is, and maybe adding pictures when you get a chance. Otherwise it is really irritating to look at a chapter's calender and executive board list from 1998 - so you shouldn't bother if you don't have time. I had no life so I was always updating our chapter's website.
