I read earlier about the single ladies drama. Let me tell you,Girl there is BIG hope. I am married to the man of my dreams (an Alpha Man)who treats me like the queen that I am EVERYDAY. I NEVER thought that would happen Keep an open heart and an even more open mind. God has a plan....

I totally agree with you on this. I am a living example that this is so true. Approx eight years ago, I fell in love with the Lord. I studied his Word, prayed and sought his Will for my life. At this time i was not looking for a mate, the Lord was moulding me into the person I needed to be for my mate. Two years later I met& married the man the Lord had for me. I have been married five years. I am happy to say that I am more in love with him now than when I married him-because we both strive to place the Lord at the center/head of our marriage, and we seek to love and serve the Lord together.

Right now, my husband is snoring so loud, it feels like an earthquake! (I live in Cali) Only the Lord gives me the strength to not ban him to the bedroom! lol ;o)

LOL @ Ryanzmom! I too have a GOOD MAN and am so blessed by the Lord because of him! Matter of fact, **I** am the one that snores like an earthquake and he still wants to cuddle at night! Gotta love him! he he he he

On July 31st I will have been married one year...to the man I truly love and to the man that I believe the Lord placed in my life for me. I had gone through some mess with a man that I "loved" when I got tired of the mess I decided to just be by myself for a while. Then one of the associate pastors at my church (and an old friend of the family) asked if I was seeing anyone etc...because he had someone who he wanted me to meet. I told him I wanted to be by myself for a while and get myself together -he told me about one of the associate ministers at our church. I had never even noticed the man (we have about 10 associate ministers) anyway to make a long story short...maybe a month later his name came up again...he called me we talked on the phone one night for about 7 hours! He took me places and loved me from the heart! Fourteen months later he proposed to me at the end of Sunday service...right from the pulpit in front of God, the congregation and everyone!
There wasn't a dry eye in the place!
My point is I wasn't looking for my husband -and when I stopped looking for love in all the wrong places...God gave me the love of my life! I am blessed! Let me go call my boo
before I start crying... ****sniff**sniff***

I agree with everyone who has posted thus far. I have only been married 7 months, but my husband and I have been together 7 yrs, and he is GREAT!! Not only did the Lord come into my life and make a better woman out of me, but my husband has also excepted Christ. Believe me,it makes the world of difference. I will say to all the women who have not found Mr. Right, don't rush God, because he's sending you a blessing. When that man comes into your life make sure that you love yourself and God first so that who ever he may be will be able to love you also.
