drunk atming
Last night I accidentally took 400 out of my checking instead of 40, I was so excited at first that there must have been some mistake and this ATM wanted me to have extra money, but then I realized I pressed an additional zero.
I am off to the bank, hopefully before my rent check goes through.
Anyone have any stories?

Hope you weren't driving!!
And, we all know that, had it been the machine's mistake that you would have gladly refunded the difference to the bank!
Right?

No, not driving. It's all about the el, and being with a good group of friends for a girls nite out.
Had it been a true error and as much as I would want to blow the money, I would tell the bank just because I am afraid they would track me down otherwise. So refunded, yes. Sadly though not Gladly.

Funny how much better they are at that when the mistake is in the customers favor than when it's in theirs, isn't it?

Ahh! One time I went to take a 20 out of the ATM after I had a bit too much to drink. I accidentally put 200 instead of 20. Oops! So then as if that;s not bad enough, I am putting away my ATM card in my wallet and I guess I took too long b/c the machine SUCKED MY MONEY BACK IN! And then I couldn't take out anymore for the rest of the weekend since 200 is the max. withdrawl amount. It was HORRIBLE! Now I always go to the ATM before I start drinking!

Someone has said it before, but it bears repeating...
3 things need brethalyzers:
1) ATM's
2) Instant Messangers
3) Cell Phones.
THe world would be full of way fewer regrets that way.
