Just need to vent.....(Pet Peeves)

Hello all....
I am so dearly missing the sisterly forum, I think I am going through withdrawal...Anyway I was at work and I encountered a few people who worked my nerves and I decided to start a topic called
PET PEEVES........feel free to add, maybe someone will get a laugh, or MAYBE see their own "faux paus":

1) I work in a pharmacy, and it IRKS me when someone walks up to the counter...you stop what you are doing to help them, and they put YOU on hold to finish their conversation on their cellular phone!!!

2) My ex came into the store today and he invited me over to his place b/c he just wanted to "talk" DO I LOOK STUPID!!!!

3) For those of you in the service industry, DOn't you just hate it when you have your hand held out for money, and the customer just slaps it on the counter....or better yet, gives it to you all wrinkled up...or better yet nasty and damp!!! YUCK!!!

4) WHY IS IT, that when you really have to go to the bathroom, you can never get the key in the lock, and it seems like all the locks are locked(regular lock, bolt lock, second bolt lock), and the closer you get to the toilet, the more you have to go??? Or you have on some REALLY tight panty hose, that won't seem to budge!!

5) And why is it that when you REALLY want that mid-day bowl of cereal, you pour it in the bowl, cut up the bananas, and you open the fridge and there is no milk...or better yet, just enough milk to wet the bottom of the bowl???

Excuse me...I have had a rough day, I think I will retire to sweet sleep now.....

I cannot feel you on the 'customers talking on their cell phones' thing. At my Walgreens pharmacy, the pharmicist and techinicians (but especially the pharms) cannot be bothered to help until they FINISH (not just hurry up and get off the phone) their personal phone calls or back-and-forths with each other!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS PISSES ME OFF, especially since I have to go today and pick up several Rxs on my lunch. And it hurts especially because the main offender is a sista (Lord, have mercy!). There is ONE tech who is really nice (who also is a sista, thank God!) and always apologizes each time they either screw up my name and put my stuff in the wrong bin or don't have my stuff ready.

And don't tell me to go to another Walgreens the two by my house are, incredibly, worse than the one by my job (can we say GHETTTTTTTO?). And of course, I have to use Walgreens as mandated by my health insurance. Can a sista just mix up her own Rxs using the pistle and bowl?

Having worked in service jobs much of my life, my main peeve is piss-poor customer service. Even if the previous customer was a crazy heffa, what does that have to do with me?
Sorry for going off; it's just that you touched a very raw nerve! And I definitely feel you on the other peeves.
