Prayers
My family could really use some prayers this week. My wonderful grandmother passed on Monday; and my beautiful, strong, selfless mother is really struggling. Thoughts and prayers are sincerely appreciated.
Do any of you have any ideas on someway that I could incorporate an AOII tribute to my grandmother into the service? While she is not an AOII, she is the foundation for two AOII's.
Thank so much,
Silver

Sorry to crash your board, but your family will definitely be in my prayers. My grandmother is my best friend, so I can imagine what you are going through.

Silver, I am so sorry. My thoughts and well wishes are with you and Momma Silver, as well as your entire family.
The only AOII tribute I can think of is a silent one, a simple red rose arrangement with three sheaths of wheat tucked in with the roses.
Alpha love and roses to you both,
Christin

Silver-
You and your family are DEFINITELY in my thoughts and prayers. I agree with Christin that a simple arrangement of roses and wheat would be a lovely tribute.
Love and roses!

I know I'm a little late in posting but you and your family are in my prayers. And Christin's idea is wonderful.

I'm sorry to hear about the death of your Grandmother I don't know if AOII has something like a symphony... you could read that and then explain how your grandmother exemplified those ideals (and then the AOII's in the audience would sorta know) but yet it wouldn't be completely obvious?

Silver,
I am so sorry about your grandmother. I haven't been on this site in a while and was saddened to hear about her passing. I hope you and your mom are doing okay.
Roses to you both,

Sorry to be posting so late. I hope your family is handling this transition with some ease. My grandmother means so much to me I can only imagine what you and the rest of your family are going through.
Cherish the wonderful memories you have of her -and don't forget to write them down so you never, ever forget.
