mixer ideas

Hey Sigma's I'm one of the founders of your newest chapters at Rutgers.. we were chartered in december, and i' like y'all to know that we're doing fine, we just initiated our alpha class, and we're roughly taking over the campus (like all sig delts do thank you very much) y'all can't even imagine how happy being affiliated makes all of us. Anyway, i was recently elected as social chair, and since not only are we new here, but the greek life isn't exactly poppin' (i.e. we're bigger then the rest of the greek organizations on campus put together ) And we're also the only organization that's not devine nine so our policies differ enormously from theirs, and because of that, we're not very well recieved by the rest of the greeks. Anyway, on to the question. Does anyone have any suggestions as to A.) how to go about maintaining a good fun atmosphere at a commuter school B.) if any of you are from commuter schools, where do you usually hold your mixers, and C.) any good mixer ideas...(i need to make this upcoming semester rock).. we're in the process of attempting to reviatlize the greek life on our campus, and we need to make people want to be greek...so any help would be MUCH appreciated.....
