I heard that Ms. Patti will be performing a duet with Jessica Simpson.
ETA: The following women will also perform-Joss Stone, Cyndi Lauper, and Deborah Harry of Blondie.

Gladys Knight has been added to the lineup for VH1's Divas Live
Celebration on April 18th. Gladys will join Patti Labelle, Jessica
Simpson, Joss Stone, Eve, Ashanti, Cyndi Lauper, and Debbie Harry from Blondie fame. The show will benefit the VH1 Save The Music
Foundation.

The term "diva" is thrown around sooooo loosely now. Remember when it used to mean something?  
I remember one year they had Shania Twain and Shakira. Whodaheyell said those two were divas? And Brandy---how did she make it to divas status? And Gloria Estefan a diva?!?
To ME----divas have talent...divas has staying power...divas have been through some STUFF and can still come out on the other side.
Chaka Khan.....Diva yes
Jessica Simpson....diva no
Patti LaBelle....Diva yes
Brandy....diva no
pre-crack Whitney....Diva yes
Shakira....diva no

I think you could count Gloria Estefan as a diva based on your definition.. she almost died and made a great comeback and she has staying power and talent
