Ok, I was driving (LONG drive I might add), I forgot my CD case so I s actually listening to the radio.. anyway, it was a Top 40 show, and the Top 40 host said that there was controversy surrounding the #1 song (this was a couple of weeks ago..)
A British group is suing 50 Cent because of their song "In Da Club"... it turns out, it is almost EXACTLY like their song "In Da Pub"
Interestingly enough, the name of the British group is "50 pence"

I just downloaded both songs on Kazaa and they are are almost exactly alike! Right down to the beat in the background and the part about a birthday and bacardi!
