Question Carpel Tunnel

Anybody have a quick fix for this?
The past several days i've been typing constantly, making outlines for my finals that start tomorrow. I noticed it before i went to bed last night, and when I woke up, DAMN do my arms hurt, with what i'm assuming is carpel tunnel.

Could just be muscle ache. Hubby was diagnosed as having early stage of ct. His hands would get numb. His doc prescribed arm bands to wear at night and they seem to help.

I had some really bad hand problems due when I was younger thanks to piano lessons, video games, computer typing and normal school writing stuff...instead of going the arm band route which also included a hande specialist and probably surgery down the line I went to a chiropractor and almost immediately the pain went away. I know not everyone can go to one for insurance reasons (ick) but I found it to be a really nice relaxing and pain-free treatment.

Going to him also helped my allergies and i was able to stop taking medication daily. thank God.

A quick fix that I can think of would probably be to either find someone or try yourself to massage your hand and lower arms. Esp. focus on your wrists and fingers too. Sometimes just holding my wrist between my fingers with the thumb on the palm side of my hand and rubbing is really really helpful.
