I thought this was kinda funny what happened to me yesterday...
Well, I went to the gym and ended up wearing one of my Teke's bro's letter muscle-shirts there. I was going to one of the machines across the room when this guy on the bike asks me, "So, are you a Teke?" I'm like "Umm...no...heh..this is my boyfriend's fraternity, I'm lucky enough to be a Sweetheart." He started chuckling and told me he was an alum from Nu Kappa chapter in Minnisota! (sorry for the misspelling) We talking like...a half hour about the chapters and just basically TKE-related things, pretty interesting, that's for sure
Man...even when you guys get old and grey, ya'll still kick ass
..and here..I thought I was surrounded only by only the actives, my dad's old buddies (who ended up founding the chapter here..) and a bunch of my sister's old bf's who happened to be Tekes...now I have my work-out buddy
