I studied Tai Chi when I lived in Italy. It was wonderful. We did Tai Chi in the Boboli (sp?) Gardens every morning at 6:30 before class. I loved it. I haven't really done it since then because the set I learned is not done around here and I never felt like learning a new or different set.
Ithink tonight I am going to take a class called Yoga with Drums. I am super excited. My body is really sore from doing so much kick boxing lately and I am going to try to motivate to go to the 6:15 am kickboxing class tomorrow morning. Let's see if I make it

I am glad to hear you are motivating your neice midwesterngirl. Diabetes runs in my family and my grandma refuses to exercise and her health is suffering as a result. It is so hard to watch.
One class I really want to take but it is not offered at a good time for me is belly-dancing. Has anyone taken it at all?
