TLC in Alpharetta
I have just come back from TLC in Alpharetta, Ga!!!! I am soooooo proud and happy to be an Alpha Gam!!! The information that I have gotten from all my sisters in Area F was amazing!
Since it was my first time going, this convention was just a real eye-opener for me. Just seeing other people sharing the same ideals and purpose made me proud.
Although I was in finance meetings all weekend (I'm the VPF for my chapter), I have come back with a new outlook and ways to improve our chapter's finances. It was such a great learning experience, and I wouldn't change it for the world.
Are there any other Alpha Gam's out there that went to the Alpharetta convention? If so, please PM me so we can exchange more ideas!!!!

I do remember them calling your chapter's name a few times.
What song did y'all sing? Did y'all have a Tshirt in the contest?

I met them and they are wonderful girls!!! I'm very proud that they are my sisters!!!
We didn't have a shirt in the t-shirt contest, unfortunately. I wish we did, though!!!
The song that we sang were the Coca-cola song and stomp (which was the one we had to demonstrate how to do).
Tell kristen and janeen I said hello!!!!

I don't know if this was posted already, but I guess Zeta Alpha won the shirt contest!!! Our shirt was from bid day. On the front it said "In a world full of nuts..." and the back said "Isn't it great to be a squirrel?" with a picture of a squirrel.
Woo-hoo!! Way to go Zeta Alphas!

I voted for the ZA shirt!!
I also loved the (okay..I hope I get the words right)..."Some people are born to lead", Some are born to follow, By the way, you are looking at the back of my shirt"...on the other side.."Alpha Gam"!!

I was there too!... Zeta Alpha didn't win though...it was Theta Sigma (Valdosta State). Their shirt was the blue one that said "If I paid for my friends, I surely didn't pay enough"
