Will Farrell

you know, the guy from Saturday Night Live........

he's in a new movie about a bunch of old guys starting a fraternity. I've seen a couple interviews and the article in "Maxim," though, and he doesn't mention the fraternity. Anyone know?

I saw a sneak preview of the movie OLD SCHOOL last night.. it was VERY FUNNY... the fraternity is Lambda Epsilon Omega as RUgreek mentioned... in the movie though the fraternity is kinda secondary.. well not necessarily secondary..but they never even call it by name...the only reason you know the letters is because there is maybe three scenes where they show them being put on the house... it actually is a fairly good representation of greek life if you ask me

Will Ferrel wore TKE letters for a skit on SNL. I think he was making fun of Rob Schneider who is TKE. Also David Spaid and the late Chris Farley are SAE. Does anyone know about Adam Sandler?

Will Ferrell and Rob Schneider are not TKE's. Mike Myers wore that same TKE shirt in a skit one time. Some how that shirt became a prop. They also use a Tri Delt shirt alot. I don't know why Will has been using TKE houses and other stuff lately but I say thanks!

I say we just go with amycat on this one.

I think if she saw him in the Greek yearbooks, and he was only a couple years ahead of her, she'd probably know.

I certainly didn't mean to offend anyone....I saw the episode when Will wears the TKE shirt and yells "TKE RULES!" I guess I was naive enough to think that if you wear the letters than you're a part of that particular orgainzation

"Old School": not as bad as Van Wilder

"OLD SCHOOL" (2003) (Luke Wilson, Will Ferrell) (R)
Comedy: Facing midlife crises, three men (including Wilson & Ferrell)
decide to start their own fraternity at a nearby college and live their
carefree lives once again. Obviously inspired by and hoping to be a
later day and middle-aged version of "Animal House," this low-brow
comedy misses far more often than it hits with its barrage of barely
connected, stupid humor. I'll admit that I laughed a few times at the
inane material, but I'd guess that for most viewers the laugh ratio will
be inversely proportional to their age (notwithstanding elementary
school kids and infants). Certainly not as bad or painful to sit
through as last year's "Van Wilder," but still rather flat comedically
and certainly dramatically, "Old School" isn't as funny as it could and
should have been. The R rating comes from profanity (at least 14 "f"
words); sexually related dialogue; sexually related material and
activity (including but not limited to a porno tape seen on TV that also
involves an intended ménage a trois, an oral sex class using vegetables,
and the sight of a full-sized female sex doll); and nonsexual nudity
(various views of a male streaker, two women's bare breasts).

I know a Delt and he's not as funny as Will Farrell.
