Greetings, GCers.
After a few weeks of worrying, hand-wringing, and general panic, I had a wonderful phone conversation w/ the local alum prez of XYZ. It turns out this is the largest XYZ alum chapter in the GLO w/ much more going on than I would have guessed from their web space.
And--we knew so many of the same people we can't figure out how we could possibly have NOT met each other yet.
The next plan is a "ladies-who-lunch" date with my new friend and other XYZ alums, some time in March. (Hey, we all need our calendars to clear........)
So it's time for me to take the advice I've been hearing and handing out to other PNAMs (Right, Marie and Cece?)
It's OK if things don't seem like they're happening right away--more is going on behind the scenes.
One more time--I can't thank everyone enough for the supportive messages from GC. I have all of you to thank for this new opportunity that I thought was lost forever.
