Radical Thought:

With all this anti-greek sentiment, some people MIGHT say "Well, look what happens when you get rid of these fraternities, you can turn their houses full of who-knows-what going on into something more "productive"".

Thats nice, they kick out a fraternity for binge drinking and now a cult is moving in the old house. That will liven up campus.

Before the word 'cult' gets thrown around this place I'd like to point out, not to piss people off, but GLO's can be considered cults too by defintion. Just a thought.
But so what if this house helps people is that bad? sorry but PIKE lost it, and they have no claim. (Sorry if I'm misguided, but it sounds like a poorly written article.)

isn't the property still owned by the fraternity? it didn't say who the owner of the property was, but the board of advisors should still hold the deed as the incorporated part of the chapter.
