Bottom line your a grown damn man. Don't let someone else dictate who you can and can't be in a relationship with! Especially over something as silly as what organization they're affiliated with! If you really cared about your girl you wouldn't be worried about what others said about you. In all essence it's really no one else's business.

As long as your girl makes you happy then nothing else matters! Why would anyone EXPECT you not to be happy? Real brothers know that a sorority does not make a woman, but her wonderful qualities and ability to make your life better.

When and where is it written that Alpha dictates who we date.The fact that you pledged Alpha and she pledged Zeta has no bearing on anything.I don't know where you became a brother,but in the chapter I pledged at, brothers dated all memebers of the four Sororities and nongreeks alike.
Don't let this hinder your relationship,When you attend your first convention you will see AKA's,Sig G Rhos,Deltas and Zeta's who not only date but are married to Alpha Men.Love knows no greek letters.
ps.Skeephi dosen't even exist at some midwestern schools.

I am not aware of the situation you pose. If in fact it is some type of culture on your campus know that it does not exist on all campuses.

now with regards to dating a zeta, i feel like her sorority affiliation shouldn't be an issue in your personal relationship. of course some immature people may try to hate on you, but that just shows how shallow they are, so ignore them and live your life.

I must agree with what has been said previously. Greek affiliations don't and should not dictate every personal aspect of our lives. If it did, why would anyone want to join? Be happy with Zeta woman.

Don't pay any of those comments any mind, its your life and no one can live it but you...as long as you are happy that is all that matters and your brothers should be happy for you. I'm in a serious relationship(5 years) with an Alpha and it is truly wonderful. So just drown out the ignorance.
