Ok, I need your advice once again:

Say there's a girl that you're interested in, and you've been talking to her for a little bit, but you're kinda getting the feeling that she only wants to talk to YOU because she and her sorority wants to throw a social with you and your fraternity.

And, you also invited her and her sisters to your party on Saturday.

1) Would you still ask her out anyway?

2) Would you ask her before the party, or wait till after?

I would say, mention getting together before the party, just something casual like "yeah we should totally go see that new movie next week" or something really low key that you can slip into conversation.
Don't actually ask her out until a couple days after the party, that way you can kind of feel out whether she was just looking for a party hookup or if she might really like you.

P.S. Isn't it random how many weird situations being Greek can put you in?? I had the same thing happen to me when I was philanthropy chair....totally thought this guy was dating me just so we'd do their philanthropy. Turned out he thought the same thing about me!! It was just that it was what we had in common and what our conversations first revolved around.
