How to fix cold room

Hey does anyone know how to fix a cold room? My room is probably 10 degrees colder than any other room here.

I've insulated the windows with plastic. I even weather stripped the leaky areas that might let wind in. But it's still damn cold. The walls around the window are cold so maybe insulation isn't that great. But I can't do major construction to fix that and I doubt the landlord would pay for it.

So what the hell do I do short of buying a space heater or raising the heat?
