Workouts and Supplements
Hey,
i was just wondering how many people have used fat-burning or muscle building supplements eg. Hydroxycut, Creatine, stuff like that, and if you think it worked for you or if its a good idea or not. Im trying to cut more weight, i used Hydroxycut in combination with 5-day a week workouts and lost over 35 lbs in 4 months, but im trying to get peoples opinions on if there are better supplements out there or if its just a bad idea to take them, thanks.
