Recruitment Workshop help
Hi Chi Os!!
As Recruitment chair for 2003 I've been spending my winter break getting ready for all my workshops I'm holding in the spring. As I was planning and such, I was wondering if you guys had any ideas about something. One of the workshops purpose is to set Scales, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on a new and interesting way to do this. In the past we've just had discussion, or divided up into groups, come up with adjectives, then put them all out and have discussion, but that took a very long time and some people just did not care. Setting Scales is so important, and I want everyone to take it seriously, but also be into it. Soooooo - if anyone has done anything creative, fun or effective in setting scales I would love to know!
