Embarrassing nicknames
What did your parents call you when you were younger (or still do)?
OR
Nickname you didn't like that a person gave you?
My parents called my Pinky and one that rhymed with it (sorry not gonna admit it). I don't know why they did. So i was like 8/9, when i said quit calling me that please.

lol...
my parents didn't know if i was a boy or girl until i was born, so as a "placeholder" for my real name (Jennifer) they called me "barney eggbert." It even said "Happy Birthday Barney" or something to that affect on my mom's baby shower cake. thank GOD i was a girl.

My fraternity bro's call me low-low, because I don't like paying full price for things that I can got for less (clothes, food). If said any other time, it makes me sound cheap.
They also call me Notorious, like the rapper. It got started because I had a big rep on campus, and I guess i'm kinda popular. It gets annoying because Notorious B.I.G is:
1) Huge
2) Unattratctive
3) Dead
These are not things that I attribute to myself.

Oh my family has million nicknames for me !
My whole family used to call me Jilly Bean, which then morphed into Bean, Beanie Weenie, etc. I spent years telling them to quit it.
They also used to call me JJ because my middle name also starts with a J and apparently when I was like 2, someone called me that and I popped major 2 year old attitude and informed them that was not my name. So of course they insisted on calling me that for years to come.
My mom ALWAYS calls me Mimi or sometimes Missy, which is really odd because these are in no way logical nicknames of my real name. I've asked her why but she always says she doesn't know, she just started calling me that and it stuck

I was really skinny when I was growing up. This kid I grew up with used to call me Skeletor. I hated him so much for it. The weirdest thing is that now we are best friends and we talk all the time. Of course, I always remind him of the nickname that he had given me when we were younger.

My dad's side of the family called me Cyclone for years because one night when I was two years old I got out of hand at my grandma's house and tore down three sets of curtains before they caught me. My grandpa came home and said, "It looks like a cyclone hit this place!"
When I pledged, older guys called me Auschwitz. They said I was so skinny I looked like I just broke out of a concentration camp. I absolutely hated when they called me that in public.

All my really good friends from HS call me either G-off, or Geo b/c I spell my name G-E-O-F-F instead of Jeff. Most of my fraternity brothers call me that now too.
On my High school soccer team, some of the guys called me Jiz-off as a spin off of "G-off." That was shortened to just Jiz. I hated that name, but all those guys were pricks so it was easy to blow off.

That's so funny! I have a friend from college and to this day I call him G-off. His other nickname, given to him by the guys on his floor, was "Lopey the Dwarf, Hymen is a Verb." Talk about awful!
I never had a nickname, but many people I knew in college did. Some of them were:
Ronald McDonald with breasts (and I always messed it up and ended up calling her "Papa Smurf with breasts")
Shithead
Huge Pants Paul (because my friend and I mail ordered the most gigantic pair of pants to this guy and he showed up to her room *wearing* them)
Then there were three guys named Nate, so to tell them apart they were:
MasterNate
AlterNate and
ImpregNate
I know there more, but I can't remember them. I drank *a lot* in those days.

Hahahaha, I am sorry, but that is the funniest thing I have heard today. I can imagine hating that name lol, I'd be pissed if people called me that.
I have a couple of nicknames in my family. From my mom I got Nini (I don't have any idea?!?!?!) My brother still calls me B...b/c when I was born, he wasn't old enough to say my name right or even baby, so he just called me B, for baby. I despise that name!!! My daddy calls me his "Sweetness and light" I don't know where he got that or why he calls me that, but oh well.
Some of my nicknames at school include KiKi (this one I like though!), Kir (like this too), Crayon, Crayola, Keeran, and Keeron. A lot of people actually think my name, Kiran, is pronounced Keeran....c'mon now, who's parents are really that mean?!?! Yuck, needless to say I don't like most of the nicknames I have!

My mom would call me her "love bug". I don't know why!
My grandma still calls me Amy Myshelf because when I was little I couldn't pronounce my middle name (Michelle) and so hense MYSHELF was how I said it.
My brother's name is Ben so I'd call him Benji (remember the dog) or Bungerman. My sister's name is Jessica and my grandma would call her "her little hootinany" (whatever that is). LOL

I was supposed to be a boy and my middle name was going to be George, so until they figured out a name for me, I was Pink George, and later, my nickname from my father was Chickadee....not really sure why. Better than my sister's, though....she got Poopsie. Again, not sure why. Sometimes it's better not to ask.....
In Public School, my best friend was a guy, so they called us Pebbles and Bam Bam.
In rez, I was Flute Girl (because I played flute....I got teased a lot with this nickname....) and Cheerleader. My floor wasn't the most creative.
Now it's mostly Linds or Lyn, and nothing else has really caught on, although I'm Cordelia to my sisters so one of them occaisionally calls me Cordy.
