Public Office

I was scanning the TV stations last night and stopped at some point to hear Gary Coleman (you know little man from Different Strokes) state that he is considering running for public office. While I am supportive of political activism, I pause to ponder two questions: 1). Does society not recognize that even the Gary Coleman's of the world have valid political views and aspirations; 2). Who would support a public figure plagued with soooo many personal and professional problems?

Well - They voted for Mayor Berry/Barry? a known drug user from DC - - Jessie Ventura - Gov. of MN and former professional wrestler - David Duke - former state representative and known member of the clan - - who's next GARY COLEMAN - - Just something to ponder - Maybe I will toss my name in the hat.

What you talking 'bout Willis?!? I just had to get that in before anyone else. I think Gary Coleman has as much chance as The Beav or Gilligan in being nominated or elected for piblic office. Have you seen the Fox special that was recently aired in which he talked about still being a virgin (I DID NOT need to know this), assaulting the WOMAN at the mall, etc. The guy is all screwed up in the head. Then again, maybe he'd fit right in with the rest of the politicians. I just find the mere thought of this guy hilarious!
