I consider myself a "liberal vegetarian"(eats meat only occasionally).

I had mac & cheese, a few servings from a potato dish, corn, and several types of bread.

vegetarian stuffing (like the real thing but without any animal products and baked separately) -- yum!!!

sweet potatoes

green beans & corn

garlic mashed potatoes

herb rolls

and for dessert --

pumpkin pie, pumpkin roll and cookies!

Needless to say, I was stuffed!

i just usually eat all the side dishes...(squash, green beans, peas, corn, carrots, potatoes, bread stuffing, cranberry sauce, etc.) i didn't really like turkey to begin with so when i made the switch in 7th grade, it wasn't a big deal on thanksgiving!

My grandmother always makes me "Bean Birds" - they're sooo yummy! I'm not sure I want to know what's in them - it's garbonzo beans, wheat germ, and some other stuff... But, they're good! Top it with some mushroom gravy, and it's just as good as turkey

I'm not a vegetarian (anymore -- I was for five years) but nobody in my family really likes turkey, so we haven't had it for Thanksgiving dinner in a while. The past few years it's been chicken, and this year we decided to have, for some reason, Mexican food.

I'm no longer eatting fast food joints anymore.

The other night my POOR ass friend only had a buck and wanted to go to Jack N The Box to get their cheeseburger and since I had to take him, I had to eat there.

Anyhow, I ate 3 jumbo jacks and 2 tacos and a few hours later I puked all that stuff up. I saw the onions floating around in the toilet. It was disgusting.

I'd become a vegetarian but it's too freakin expensive and too much of a hassle to cook up something phat. I'll stick to fish and chicken.
