Our congratulations to Lara Bratcher, Eta Gamma (University of South Carolina) on being selected as one of Glamour magazine's Top Ten College Women. In its 46th year, Glamour's Top Ten College Women Awards spotlights ten college women from across the US with an annual competition that recognizes leadership on campus, involvement in the community, excellence in their field of study, as well as their unique, inspiring goals. Lara is featured on page 167 of the October magazine which is currently hitting the stands. Lara is a 2003 Truman Scholar, one of 76 in the nation, and a USC McNair Scholar. She holds several significant leadership positions on campus including Sorority Council President, Student Senator, ODK President, and Peer Health Educator. She is an Anthropology major and Medical Humanities minor and a member of the South Carolina Honors College.

WoW! Way to go Laura! That is quite an honor! I wonder how many of the other ladies are in sororities? Does it list that (I don't get Glamour Magazine)?
