Anyone ever try to synch up Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon to it? Never really seemed to work all that well for me.

Am I the only one who doesn't like Wizard of Oz?
I was always scared of the monkeys and that freaky lion and the Munchkins and most of all, the wicked witch. To make matters worse, the lady who played the wicked witch used to do the Maxwell House coffee commercials when I was little so I used to flee the room in terror when they came on.

If it doesn't have Michael Jackson in it, then that's not the version I'm watching.

It worked for me. Play DSOM it during the second roar of the lion.

Hey Killarney! The woman who played the witch was a 28-year-old kindergarten teacher when she got the part! When my younger kids got scared by her, I just put her name in a search engine and showed them what a pleasant-looking lady she was out of costume. Had to, they were having nightmares.
And does anyone remember the movie "Return to Oz" from 12-15 years ago? That one absolutely terrified my children--especially some characters called the Wheelers.

I was thinking about "Return to Oz" last night when I was watching "Wizard". They never show that one on TV. I remember it as being really dark and kinda weird.

I was terrified of Return to Oz. Those guys with rollers on their legs scared the pee out of me!! I watched one time, and then never again!

I hate Return to Oz! Even worse than the roller guys was the witch with all of the different heads. *shuddering just thinking about it* Even the good guys were pretty scary, and Fairuza Balk (sp?) is way too freaky to be Dorothy.

Ole BlazerCheer sitting here is real glad to hear that others besides her didn't like the Wheelers because she had nightmares for months after seeing it. No, night terrors, which were worse.
