Bid Day

Our chapter has never given bids as far as I know. I have no idea how to go about starting this procedure either. Can someone give me some pointers, I would love for our chapter to start this next semester. Also could you please send me a copy of your bid. I have no idea what they are supposed to like either. If several of the chapters would please send me a copy of yours I would greatly appreciate it. Please send it to:
