What shows would you want to see the taping of?

My LS got tickets for Oprah next month. I'm shooting for February or March (even though I am not a fan).

If you could get tickets to the taping of a show, which show would you want to see?

1. Judge Mathis (I think they would escort me out. I don't think I could regain my composure if Judge Mathis goes off on a person like he does.)

2. Bernie Mac (IF he had an audience)

I would have loved to be at a taping of the Cosby Show or A Different World. Today, I would like to see Oprah in person. I don't really like the show unless our people are on, but she usually gives the audience members cool gifts.

Talking

I would love to get tickets for any of the court shows that are currently on television (Mathis, Judy, Divorce Court, Joe Brown). But like AKA2D'91, I would probably get kicked out of at least one of the courthouses 'cause I might not be able to behave myself properly like my Mama taught me to. Some of those people in court just plain ask to get screamed on. LOL!!!

That's true. DO you ever watch the audience at the shows though? You can tell they are trying HARD not to CTFU. I couldn't do it either. If I picked one to go to though it would be Joe Brown.

When I was in HS I would have liked to go see Ricky Lake.

The NFL Today on CBS. My sister and I just love seeing Deion Sanders and what crazy clothes he's going to wear.

The Best Damn Sports Show on Television, if Michael J.J. Superfly Huggy Bear Irvin was there, because I just can't help it -- wealthy black men in pimp gear make me laugh. But I would go home with the Brooks Brothers-dressed brutha.

Sometimes they make a fool out of Tom Arnold. I'd like to go there too.

I've been to the taping of that show quite a few times. Deion is a mess, I tell ya.

I went to the taping of Dave Chappelle's new show a few weeks ago. I'm not a Chappelle fan in the least, but I had free tickets. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the show. I CTFU the entire time. The show is similar in format to Chris Rock's show and it will be airing on Comedy Central.

Even though I don't watch Oprah, I would want to go to her show because she treats her audience really well. They always get free stuff.

I'd also like to see, past and present,

Cosby Show
Different World
Law & Order
Ricki Lake
Oz
The Sopranos
Living Single
My Wife and Kids
All My Children

One of the comedy shows that air on BET. I'm sure they only show the funny ones on T.V., I wonder what it would be like to be in the audience when a comedianne got no laughs

ooooooh I love Dave Chappelle I would love to go to see his show.

I don't watch much TV except HBO or Showtime shows like Sex & the City, Oz, The Sopranos & Queer as Folk. They all get pretty raunchy so I don't know if I'd want to see any live, LOL. On television however, it's all good. It's different with the lighting of television and not being so close. It if was like theatre, that could be awkward.

Oh yeah, I also watch The Real World. If I were there watching them live, I'd yell at them. I would be told to leave the set.
