Rush checklist

I am helping the girls put together a checklist of anything that you can think of for an organization to do to prepare itself for rush...

I think the list that I have is pretty thorough but would you guys be able shoot some ideas at me about what your organization does to prepare for upcoming rush events?

Are you talking about NPC formal Rush . . or recruiting?
