I just want to enlighten you about the October's issue of Essence Magazine. If you haven't received your copy or picked up a copy I urge you to do so because many of the articles or issues speak to us. I really like the spread they do about a woman's breast for it really opened my eyes to issues surrounding that part of my body. Ladies remember that information and knowledge are real power to handling any given health concern.

I also like the new and improved Queen Latifah she really has transformed herself into a very influential African American role model and entertainer.

We as women can't learn enough about good breast health and keeping ourselves healthy.

You know, I've admired Sistah Queen Latifah for a minute now. Ever since she first come out and was RHOcking the head wraps and hats and representing for the ladies. Remember "Ladies First" with Monie Love?! That was the jam.
