Sigma Alpha Chat

Hello Ladies-

We're going to have a chat for any interested sisters on next Monday on Delphi Forum. That's July 1st at 8 CST (9EST, 7MST, 6PST). It'll be in the chat room on the Sigma Alpha page within the Delphi Forum site.

If you're not already a member on the Delphi Forums chat, please email me at rrastani@hotmail.com, and we can get you access to the site. This is a private site for everyone to chat about sorority topics and events. Alumni and active members are allowed (no MCs).

The topic for this chat will be "Anything Goes". If it's successful, we can have chats more often on specific topics. I hope to chat with you all soon.

I apologize for not making it to the chat tonight. I totally forgot that it was my roommate's birthday so we went to dinner. I hope there will be more chats in the future (sooner rather than later) because I love chatting with y'all!!!!

There will be another chat, next Wednesday, July 10th, same time (8CST), same place (SAChat in delphiforums).

It's a great chance to meet other sisters across the country and talk about issues that are important to you.

Please come and tell us about the biggest challenge you chapter will face in the Fall. Hopefully, others will have some ideas of how to approach it.

to Robin, Shelley, and Erin,
Thank you for chatting with me on Wednesday night. (Sorry I left with out warning...computer problems!) I really enjoyed the ideas you were able to offer me. I hope more can get involved in these chats! I am positive they are 100% helpful to every chapter! It is was neat to get to "meet" you all and i look forward to the next chat!

OK...sorry I didn't make it to the chat once again. I was studying for a microbiology test. BLAH!

Anyways...do you think we could pick a night during the week and that would be our designated chat night for Sigma Alpha? And then we can put it up on the website and the listserv? That way more people would probably come.

If we were to do this I think Sunday night would be a good night because usually no one has anything going on around 8 or 9 pm. Anybody have any other suggestions?

My intention is to start up a regular chat with different topics each week. However, while there seems to be tons of interest, finding a time when everyone can attend has been a challenge.

Shall we try for Sunday August 4th? Times are negotiable, but keep in mind we have to have a reasonable time for all the time zones.

Thanks for your interest in the chats. I'm hoping to make it a time for chapter sharing, problem solving, and meeting other sisters across the country.

I'm free for Aug 4 after about 6 pm CST. That's my dad's birthday so I'm sure we'll probably do something that afternoon. I'm going to try my hardest to be there this time!
