I'm considering pledging at Auburn University in Alabama, but I've read Auburn just had some bad hazing incidents on the frat side, so I was wondering if anyone attends Auburn and has pledged. I really want to pledge, but I'm scared of the crazy hazing, I'm very laid back so I'm not sure if I could handle something crazy haha. Does anyone have any experiences or advice?

Auburn sorority alum here. First, you should use the term "I'm considering going through recruitment". "I'm considering pledging" makes it seem like the decision is solely up to you as to whether you will pledge. You can't get a bid unless a sorority chooses to accept you as a member.
Also, why would you think that Auburn sororities would haze?
