Help Needed

Hello Ladies of Delta Sigma Theta,

Need your help with something. A colleague friend of mine is a Delta and her father passed away last week. Our office has ordered a plant to be sent to the funeral home, but we had some money left over and I thought it'd be nice to get her something for her desk...something Delta related. I know that the Delta mascot is the elephant and that your colors are crimson and cream. Question (actually, I've got 2)....where is the best place to find elephants (nothing big - just something small for her desk) and secondly, what is Delta's flower? Is it the crimson rose?

Violets would be nice

You can get elephants anywhere, even at the Dollar Store, TJ Maxx, Burlington Coat Factory, etc. etc. etc.

I feel safe in saying that we send our sincere regrets to our soror and her family following the death of her father. Please let her know that her sorors here on GreekChat are thinking about and praying for her.

I agree that elephants may be purchased almost anywhere. It's good to see that you and your office are there for her in her time of need. And yes, CT4, VIOLETS would be nice.
