Help!!!!!!!!!!!

everyone.. i know you have all probably heard this question zillions of times, but my chapter's new and the greek life isn't exactly poppin on my campus.. i've been elected to the daunting task of being social chair.. i need your best ideas for mixers and parties so i can get these lazy students at my commuter school off their couch and to these parties..........any help is MUCH appreciated

i've heard of one called the "best picture" party where you have a whole bunch of cameras and just keep taking pictures. The next day you develop them and get back together with the group you had the mixer with and pick the "best picture" of the evening. I htink it's a cute idea.

My fave is Grafiti Party. Everyone wears white T-shirts and carries highlighters and sharpies, writing messages on other people's shirts. It's great fun, and the highlighter shows up under blacklight.

Here are ones I like:

Revenge of the Nerds (the girls loved it, guys might not dig it if its not their idea though)

Catholic/Naughty/Whatever school girl (We like skirts)

Nuts and Bolts (This means you don't like us enough to think of a good one)

Halloween and its off shoots, like dress up like your favorite fill in the blank

Highlighter/Black light

Biker Babes-guys like that one too

The only advise I can give is that make sure your sisters actully talk and get to know the guys at the mixer. Even they never see them again it is good practice as will make your group seem socible and fun and not stuck up.

So we've done the usual Luau, graffiti party and stuff but we figured out a new one this year. The Luau is great (boys in swimsuits) and graffiti is great (you get to draw) so anyhow, we had a midnight luau, the best of both worlds. we had highlighters, a kiddie pool and swimsuits so much more skin to write on Good Luck!

"Eat Me - Leigh Me"
Simple concept. The girls wear candy necklaces, the guys were those plastic leighs(sp?). The guys eat the candy off the necklace. This happens through out the night while going around. If the guy eats the last piece off the girls necklace then he gives the girl his leigh.
