Job motivation

Ok GC'ers, I need some help. I am completely unmotivated at work. This feeling was induced by the fact that most likely I will be downsized as of August 15. Yep, six weeks to comtemplate my future that IS NOT here. I know that I still have a job to do and all, but I'm lacking motivation. Any good tips on how to stay on the ball?

Ask yourself:
~If I weren't here, who would be talented enough to replace my fabulous self?

~Tell yourself why the world is a better place because you do your job. This one may take some creativity. For example, I have a part time job entering orders that people place for books about fire safety. When the job gets really boring, I just tell myself that if it weren't for me, these people wouldn't be reading about fire safety and more people would die in fires. It's a bit of a stretch but I feel like I am justifying my work.
