Cool I'm gonna do it!

Just an update on what's been going on.

I received an email from a gentleman in charge of expansion for his fraternity. After a few more emails and a phone conversation he has given me a ton of information on his fraternity and gave me some suggestions on where to go from there.

I’ve done some research, both on his fraternity and several more to see what they stood for and if I shared the same views as they have. I’m narrowing the choice down and hope to make my final decision early this summer. I would like to be ready to start the Interest Group process as soon as school starts.

Talk to y’all soon,
George

CSUMB Guy,

One thing you might do as part of your research into each group might include interviewing recent colonists (now full members) that have experienced the colonization/expansion process in full.

I was personally a colonist and did a lot to help ensure that charter that's hanging in our house is now there. The process for us (Sigma Nu) was a LOT different from the Pi Kappa Alpha chapter that also just recieved their charter on our campus.

An easy way to find these chapters is to go to the website and look at their chapter listings if available -- then try to contact someone from there.

Of course if you have any questions at all about Sigma Nu feel free to contact me
