Question Need Opinions on Prices

I need your opinion on prices for a food sale...

Our best fundraisers have proven to be food sales such as enchilada plates, quesadilla plates, etc. Usually we make anywhere between $175-$300 each sale. For our next sale, we want to sell Tamales. My question is how much would you pay for a tamale?

When we've made them for ourselves, we've made chicken, beef, and cheese. However, the chicken and beef taste the same with the sauce so we'll probably just make cheese and chicken. Anyway, how much would you pay for a Delicious, Home-Made, Tamale? In the past we've charged $4.50 for entree, rice, and beans (people here go crazy for authentic home made food). Suggestions, questions?????

Thanks in advance!
