So here is my question. You are an initiated sister of a NPC organization and then transfer schools to a school that doesn't have you GLO at their school. Would you still be able to run for an Exec. Board position on the school's NPC board even though your chapter isn't there, or do you have to be a member of one of the chapters on the campus.

Also, you could always start up a "Wandering Greeks" club like George Washington University had in the 1960s. Transfer students whose social GLO was not represented at GW became part of Wandering Greeks.

This is not possible. You must be an active member of one of the chapters on campus in order to run for a Panhellenic Exec position (since you would be part of a board which is responsible for making decisions that will affect those chapters).
