Considering its a small town, you probably don't have a whole lot of Fraternities there right? As a dry fraternity member, none of our events are "wet". Lots of the old things that our alumni used to do, we can't. We have made certain ideas into pretty big events with sororities. Some may seem wierd but they turn out to be fun. Here are some ideas...

You'll get the idea.
Is it cold there, because if it isn't there's always a dinner/food fight outside. That one is fun. Its best to set up a sprinkler under the table before hand and then turn it on when its time.
We go Bunji Jumping and Skydiving every year, work that into a social with a fraternity. they will be up for it.
There's also a thing that we do called Logger's Ball
It consists of a logger theme dance with dinner being pancakes and stuff like that. Then there is a maze throughout the house using tubes and sheets and stuff. You start through a upstairs window using a ladder. And then you have to work your way down to the dance floor. The en of it uses a slide down the stairs into a bunch of leaves. The the dance floor is right there. Its a dry dance, granted it probably would be better with a spowty but whatever. Its still a lot of fun. Were trying to get back to doing it, but as you can tell, its expensive to do.
I hope these ideas gave you some of your own. If not, good luck.
Don't be mad at the fact you can't drink at functions, be grateful that you never have to clean up the mess and deal with the other things that come with it.
