Thanks, a lot of people seem to have that opinion, and I have to agree; in addition to being "cool," we have the largest greek system in California, with over 2,800 undergraduates in 11 Panhellenic sororities and 18 IFC fraternities. The interest level in Panhellenic sororities is so high that all of them are at or near capacity: around 110 members each. Fraternities range from 40-100. There are a total of 45 GLOs including the Asian and Black greek councils.
It's nice that you really want to go to school here, but don't try to get here because it's cool– the problem with that is that we end up with a bunch of shallow elitists, and that's not what anybody wants.
You have to watch out for that.
