Are his books good? I have not had the opportunity to read any of them. I would like some suggestions on which book I should read first from him.

Thank you in advance.

I've read Flyy Girl. It was okay, but definitely not the same caliber of Eric Dickey's books. Omar Tyree didn't really do a good job of writing an entire book from a young girl's point of view. Also, has anyone ever seen an Omar Tyree book in the small paperback format? These $12.00 large paperbacks are KILLING my wallet!

Hello All! This is my first time posting in here and I am hoping to meet some new and interesting people.
ThatGirl...you took the words right out of my mouth! Fly Girl was't the best book I've ever written...and I agree...Eric Jerome Dickey's books are must reads! I am in the process of reading Milk in My Coffee right now. I've read Friends And Lovers and Cheaters. I couldn't put 'em down.
What other books has anyone read by Omar Tyree??

I've read Single Mom, Do Right Man and Sweet St Louis by Omar Tyree. He has started to come into his own with the books after Fly Girl, but Eric Jerome Dickey is still the man.

I have, and though I'm not an Omar Tyree fan, I thought the book was very good.

Actually Next to a "Do RIght Man" I think "Just Say No" was his best book to date!
