Post Theta and KKG

I've been told that the Kappas are our sister sorority, and that on campuses that house both, there is an annual Formal put on together by both houses, I was told the name of the Formal, but I can't remember it now. Anyone have any fun Theta/KKG stories? My best friend is a KKG on another campus, I love sharing our stories.

We don't have Theta at my school, but I've heard it being done. A lot of schools with KKG and Pi Phi hold the Monmouth Duo (we were both founded there) but I don't know exactly what the event is...

BlueandBlue we talked about doing the Monmouth thing at Alabama when I was there, but we never could get it worked out. Too bad... I think it would have been fun. We have Theta at my school too but I don't remember ever hearing about a kite and key function.

Hi there Fly-A-Kite!
It's good to hear from another Theta. Yes! It is the Kite and Key Formal. I wish we had a KKG on our campus or even close to ours so we can do something fun with another house. Everyone is so into their own thing, that we rarely have social functions with other houses. Where do you go school?
Theta Love,
Nancy

Cool

Hey Thetas!

At Indiana University, we have a big KKG-Theta-DG function called "Kite, Key, and Anchor."

It's a big formal and dance out on a lake... SO much fun!

At Auburn, it was always Pi Phi/Kappa at Monmouth Duo--I don't think we ever did anything with the Thetas.
