Thumbs up VH1 Behind the Music

Have you ever watched this? Out of all I've seen I think Mary J.'s was the most touching. She has been through a LOT! I cried when I watched Biggie's. I'm a loyal fan and I can't believe its been 5 years.

Thumbs up I watch it every now and then.

And I have to say that Puffy's was NOT better than Rick James'!!! Now, they need to go ahead and make a movie out of that one... I caught up on quite a few during the hip hop marathon. Mary J. Blige's was pretty good. Aaliyah's had me shaking my head.

Nothing beats the E! True Hollywood Story, though, for compelling television. That show is a pure hot mess. They pull up all possible dirt. A lot of the entertainers watch it, praying they don't end up on it.

I took a class "The history of Rock Music." and my professor would always have us watch VH1 behind the music, from the blues up until today's music, it had to be one of the best classes I took, also VH1 goes really indepth about all their stories! I really enjoyed it.

Dag I missed the Aaliyah one. I heard someone may be making a movie of her life.

Agreed...Rick James' was the best! Second best was Leif Garretson. The Doobie Brothers' was a good one too. I've watched most of them. I've watched all the "Hair Band" ones. Biggie's was touching, as was Mary J.'s.
