How do you make your sorority excited about recruitment?

Hi everyone! We're a fairly new sorority on campus, Alpha Omega Epsilon (engineering and STEM). We're going into our 3rd semester of being a chapter and I really want everyone currently in my sorority to be super excited about recruitment. What are some ways to get your members of your sorority/fraternity excited about it? Thanks!
