How much effort...

How much effort do you put into getting someone to pledge?

I have one friend who I think would make an excellent brother, but he is a little hesitant to pledge. Something about his freedom or somesuch...

Anyway, I'm going to invite him to a few parties and events to hopefully entice him to rush next semester.
