How do I reply to another's post?

I tried replying to a post on the forum but got a message saying I wasn't authorized...what am I doing incorrectly?

Hmmmmmmm...were you trying to reply to a particular post? Did you click on the right icon? Try clicking on the paper and arrow icon. The icon with the pencil and paper is to delete or edit a post. Only the person who typed the post or a moderator can do perform these functions. Maybe that's what you're doing wrong.

You can also post a response by simply clicking on "post reply" at the top or bottom of each thread.
