When you live in NYC, you see rats running around by the subway rails all the time. Occasionally, a rat will hit the third rail (the electric rail) and dies. But, EVERY TIME it would happen, the crowd on the subway platform would all start applauding! As if they were cheering the death of a rat.
Location: On the beach. Well....not really but near it. :0)
