Question Senior Sendoff

I was just wondering what everyone did for their graduating seniors. Our chapter is looking for some new ideas.

seniors

At Lambda we have a big senior awards banquet in June each year to wrap up the school year and honor our graduating girls. we give out our yearly awards and little sisters honor their big sisters with gifts (or vice verse depending on whose graduating). Our historians put together a slide show with pics from througout the year and they get baby pics from the families of the graduatings girls and put those up as well. We invite family, friends, faculty, etc. We have held banquet every year since we were a SID and it has always had positive feedback from everyone. Our social chair traditionally organizes the event. We use it as an opportunity to display our class quilts, paddles, etc.
If you have any questions let me know!

In some chapters, the active chapter invites its alumnae to give the seniors a send-off and to welcome them into the alumni chapter.
