Pre recruitment events

Hey guys! I am on pichi in my university and basically my job is all pre recruitment events.

I would like to get you opinion on how to make these events fun and creative. I would like to draw a much attention

The events will be recruitment 101
Philanthropy
Involvement
Academics
And dos and donts of sorority recruitment

What do you do at your university?
