No Evidence of Chapters Yet Found There?

A long time ago, reportedly, a nearby planet was "habitable." Part of me thinks, hmmm ... nope, it would have been a problem because:

* too far from campus and other houses

* too far from HQs and Earth to do effective crackdowns or to travel easily from the chapter to conventions, state days, etc.

* no SEC or Big 10 schools

* article says nothing about forests in the remote past -- so even if you have more fireplaces than any other house, what are you going to burn in them?
