WAIT - I just wrote all the below before I saw what is probably your birth year in your username, so I'm guessing you're a sophomore or junior in high school. So my best advice is to focus on high school, your grades, your activities, volunteering, etc., get a job to save some money for school or extras (like Greek membership), and enjoy your teenaged years.

Okay, since I wrote this all out, I don't want to delete it, so I'll keep it here.
Second, what do you want to know in terms of sororities in your area?
Which schools are you looking at?
Do they have sororities?
Are you interested in NPC, NPHC, local or multicultural sororities?
If you are looking at NPC sororities, there is no way that anyone here can give you information on which are "the best" or what kind of reputations they have. We can't tell you what your chances are during recruitment.
If you are looking for information regarding how recruitment works, do searches on this site. I can guarantee that if you have 1000 questions, 999 have already been answered here.
You can google the names of schools you're interested in, and search their site for information about sororities.
If you are interested in sharing your intended school's name (and if you do, remember that anyone you put here is just as public as anything else you put online), there may be members or alumnae of sororities at your school and might be able to give you some general information about recruitment.
You can also speak to your friends, your parents, relatives, teachers, friend's parents, etc. if they went to school in your area and are Greek, and ask about their experiences.
In other words, do your homework.
